Account Maintenance
Haulers – Use the Hauler page to create and maintain an organizational identity by which a user may apply for permits or to whom permits may be issued.
Merge Haulers – When the circumstance arises that a pair of Hauler identities may be combined to form a single Hauler record, use this page to unite the pair.
Merge Permit Services – When the circumstance arises that a pair of billable identities may be reduced to a single account record, use the Merge Permit Services page to unite the pair.
Organization – Use the Organization page to create and maintain a list of identities that do not apply for permits; instead, they perform a review role in the issuance of permits.
Permit Service – Use the Permit Service page to establish a billable identity that will allow the user to apply for permits on behalf of other Haulers.
User Management
Users – The Users page presents options for granting permissions to the permitting and routing system. Both individuals and groups may be allowed or denied access to various components of the system.
User Groups – The User Groups page presents options for granting permissions to user types that are pre-configured in the permitting and routing system.
Permit Management
Advanced Query – Use the Advance Query page to create a custom searches to the database and then view the records that meet those parameters.
Permit Attachments – Use this page to include additional .pdfs in a permit's record
Permit Statistics – Use the Permit Statistics page to examine data points, present those points in informative ways, and zoom to critical periods within the span of recorded data.
Permit Violation – Use the Permit Violation page to create, review, and maintain records of failures to comply with regulations.
Revoke – Use the Revoke page to prematurely terminate an issued permit.
System Issue – Use the System Issue page to create and maintain a list of rules for automatically issuing permits.
Task Manager – Use the Trip Alert system to notify Haulers that, due to ongoing analysis, their route requires alteration.
Void – Use the Void page to prematurely terminate an issued permit.
Permit Restrictions
General Restrictions – Use this page to create and maintain a list of Restrictions that may be manually applied to a permit.
Automatic Restrictions – Use this page to create and maintain a list of rules for automatically applying Restrictions to permits.
Holiday Restrictions – Use this page to create and maintain a list of dates that may be manually applied to permits.
Route Restrictions & Utilities
Analysis Preferences – Use the Analysis Preferences page to create, edit, and maintain a database of values and factors used in the routing analysis.
Bing Map Key Manager – Use the Bing Map Key Manager page to see what authorization keys are retained in the database and when those keys are effective.
Bridge Database – Use the Bridge Database page to create and maintain versions of the bridge information stored in the database.
Bridge Rating Preferences – Use the Bridge Rating Preferences page to curate a database of thresholds that determine whether a vehicle can pass over a bridge.
Data Upload – Use the Data Upload Info page to see versions of the Bridge and Routing data that are retained in the database.
Keypoint Manager – Use the Keypoint Manager page to create and maintain a list of locations (associated with commonly used route sections) that can be chosen as Starting, Ending, or intermediate points while formulating a trip.
Restriction Manager – Use the Restriction Manager page to find, create, review, and maintain a list of Restrictions that may be applied to portions of a route or to a permit.
Route Data Miner – Use the Route Data Miner to query the database for detailed bridge usage information.
Route Database – Use the Route Database page to create and maintain versions of the route information stored in the database.
Route Evaluation – Use the Route Evaluation page to test a set of vehicle dimensions against a route.
LARS Bridge Manager – Use the LARS Bridge Manager page to maintain data files for LARS Web Service.
System Maintenance
Application Cleanup – Use the Application Cleanup page to choose a date on which you wish the trips stored in the system then to submit your request.
Key File Info – Use the Key File Info page to add, edit, and delete a collection of records classified as network, bridge, and system files.
Maintain Lookup Tables – Use the Maintain Lookup Tables page manage which options are available on various drop-downs throughout the routing and permitting system.
Rule Manager – Use the Rule Manager to control fields, field values, and field options on specific pages according to permit type.
Season Dates – Use the Season Dates page to set the first day of Spring, Summer, Winter, and Pre-spring.
System Message – Use the System Message page to compose messages that will appear on the Home page as a bulletin for all users who access the system.
System Preferences – Use the Maintain System Preferences page to edit configurable records.
