Use the Maintain Lookup Tables page manage which options are available on various drop-downs throughout the routing and permitting system.
Navigate to the Maintain Lookup Tables screen by clicking the My Admin link then choosing Maintain Lookup Tables from the System Management pane.
When the Maintain Lookup Tables page opens, expand the Lookup Tables drop-down then choose from the available options.
When the contents of the chosen table appear in the grid, click the Copy button for the desired record.
The copied record will be added to the list and may be edited.
Navigate to the Maintain Lookup Tables screen by clicking the My Admin link then choosing Maintain Lookup Tables from the System Management pane.
When the Maintain Lookup Tables page opens, expand the Lookup Tables drop-downs then choose from the available options.
When the contents of the chosen table appear in the grid, left-click in the cell of the value that you wish to edit.
Make the necessary alterations then click the Save Changes button.
Navigate to the Maintain Lookup Tables screen by clicking the My Admin link then choosing Maintain Lookup Tables from the System Management pane.
When the Maintain Lookup Tables page opens, expand the Lookup Tables drop-downs then choose from the available options.
When the contents of the chosen table appear in the grid, click the Delete button for the desired record.
The record is removed from the grid and will no longer appear as a drop-down option.
Click the Save Changes button.
Navigate to the Maintain Lookup Tables screen by clicking the My Admin link then choosing Maintain Lookup Tables from the System Management pane.
When the Maintain Lookup Tables page opens, expand the Lookup Tables drop-downs then choose from the available options.
When the contents of the chosen table appear in the grid, Click the Export to Excel to generate an .xlsx file of the contents of the table.
